The poll is more or less representative of the emails I've been receiving... so (**drumrolls) it's this time of the year where I can exercize my GREAT scientific skills and analyze the data:

1) ~90% of the players would like another murder/mystery game (80% Jack + 10% Yuki)
2) ~80% with Jack as the main character
3) ~20% of the players do NOT want Jack back (10% Yuki + 10% no murder game)

So the ratio is 4 to 1.

However, I acknowledge that the results might be biased cuz those who took the time to visit the forums and cast a vote are probably longtime fans and thus partial to Jack.

Johnny, Bring back Jack. This is a must. I'm not just saying this because everyone else is, I'm giving my own opinion. I've always been a fan of Jack French, and I have to demand right now that you don't let him die like you did. I mean, he was a great character, and I'm sure a lot of people would agree with me. You see, Jack doesn't deserve to die. I'm not saying Vince does or doesn't either. But I'm suggesting you bring them both back into the story, to finish things off. I mean, listen to this possible plot for Jack French IV. Vince and Jack are alive, jack is in a coma, Vince somehow escapes after being healed in hospital. Vince believes that Jack and Yuki are the only remaining witnesses of his grizzly acts. So he decides to take them out. So basically, Jack gets out of his coma, and finds out Yuki's been killed (possibly). So the hunt is on. Vince starts hunting Jack, Jack hunts Vince. A confrontation to the death? Look. I'm not saying that what I wrote above has to be the story, but it's merely a suggestion. It's just I really enjoy continuing possibly dead series in my head. And that's just basically an idea that escapes my mind at this particular moment. I know, it sucks. But whatever. I just thought I'd like to share that.

Anyways, in short - Jack must live on.

I had a lot of fun reading your little scenario. However, I don't think killing Yuki  is an appropriate way of bringing Jack back. I know you were just chalking up an improvised scenario/suggestion... but that seems to sad bcuz she is one of my favorite characters

I find it odd that the headstone of the grave was never revealed that grave could of been anyones. i just joined this forum cause i really like this series..hmm like the one guy did i have a scenerio i might share it sometime. But to get on topic yes i would like a JF 4 a prequel would be cool. but a full on continuation would be way better.

1.sherlock holmes dint die(i was there)*flashback*now i thionk you all know it to the die well he dint die he landed on a platform screamed like he would fall and stayed there for 2 days.when he game back with hes big return every bad guy wanted do kill him.so he was carefull.he never died.

2.maybe jack french lived i mean 5 ppl were dead and we dint see the tomb stone so maybe hes in a hospital.

3.i would realy like JF do come back.and with the lab asisstand by hes side they are a creat gouble and maybe they will even marrie in the next episode(who knows).

these were very well thought out games. with good animation, good voice acting, and a great story line. a fourth game would make a great addition.
