MAJOR SPOILER******* DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE GAME

The Seven Dwarfs (Nami, Dr German, Will, Sam, Michel, Fair Fred, Vince the cop) are running a false business (johnnybdesign) as a cover for their illegal activities, which consists in loan-sharking (lending money to washed out casino players).
However, a series of unfortunate events triggers a series of murders:

In Episode 1, Nami gets involved with a politician, Bob Reed, putting the Seven Dwarfs in a delicate situation with their illegal business. The other Six Dwarfs decide to eliminate her in order to avoid trouble. Noteworthy, the killer enters Nami's apartment by the window, using a plunger to get more grip and let it there on the balcony.

In Episode 2, Dr Ferrer is murdered by his wife, putting Dr. German (his partner at the medical center) under investigation. Vince, the bad cop, doesn't like that turn of events and kills him at the end of the episode. In retrospect, we all know that Vince may have done this a bit early since Jack had moved onto another suspect and cracked the case by then.

In Episode 3, the Seven Dwarfs team (well, what remains of...) falls apart. Michel wants to drop out (as we can tell from the message on the answering machine) after the murder of German. He is scared. So is Will as we can tell during the interrogation... Michel would have probably told the authorities about the scheme if the others had let him go freely. Vince goes on a rampage and kills Michel and his friends, leaving him and Fred as the only survivors of the original team. Jack discovers the truth, confronts Vince in the final scene.

I hope it sheds light onto some parts of the scenario that remained elusive.

She was working for the 7 dwarfs (just like Nami was), attracting big washed-out players and getting them to Fred when they needed money.

I think Mario was a casino player who loaned from Fair Fred and in turn for money, Fair Fred told Mario to take the fall knowing he wouldn't be arrested.

I was unaware that Mario had taken the fall.  I thought Nami's case was considered to be unresolved.  Mario killed Sarah but I guess since he's a crazy psychopathic guy anyways, he'd probably wouldnt say anything to the authorities.

I don't think so...

You see, Mario didn't say he killed Nami. Pay attention to his dialogue with Jack in the end of the Episode 1: he said she got what she deserved, and that her pure soul was set free from her impure body, but I don't remember him saying specifically that he was the one who killed her (on the other hand, he admits he was the one who killed Sandra). That's why he was considered innocent in Nami's murder, as you can see in the Episode 2.

Plus, Mario was mentally insane, so I don't think he would follow Fair Fred's or anyone's orders.

True. But just because he sounded mentally insane doesn't mean he is mantelly insane. He could have just acted like that. And said that he killed Sandra. We have no physical proof that he is insane or killed Sandra.

It is actually implied that Mario killed Sandra.  In fact, on one topic on this forum, Johnny stated himself that Mario in fact did kill Sandra.  However, he was definately the one who killed Nami.  Mario is a case of overly obsession.  You have a mental hinderense when you're stalking your client, especially when she's an exotic dancer.  So there is leginamite PROOF.  Also, making this perfectly clear. 

VINCE was the one who killed Nami

Apparently, Johnny had forgotten to add in a scene with Vince climbing in with the plunger into her window at the end.  Secrets unleashed.

I want to point out to everyone that Mario didn't kill Nami.  He was in love with her.  But look, NAMI was killed before SANDRA.  Mario only killed Sandra because he was mentally ill.  His trigger, as for most killers was the killing of Nami.

Yup. That's how I originally wrote the whole story:

A huge plot triggered by the blossoming love of Nami for a politician, causing a corrupted cop to add poison into Nami's insulin stock.
A mentally-ill taxi driver that would take the fall for what should have been classified as a boring accident (i.e. insulin overdose).
The taxi driver becomes psychotic as a result of this chain of events and kill Sandra.

The murder of Sandra served multiple purposes. Noteworthy:
1) it confirms that the death of Nami is probably not an accident
2) it identifies Mario as the killer and thus wraps episode 1 properly (It gives a real ending so that episode 1 can be played as a stand-alone.)
3) it is a "giveaway" with the bloody gum pack for those who had not identified the killer yet.

I love the female prostitude that speaks to Jack at the strip club.  The one with the accent.  She's so adorably evil...like me. 

But yes, I hope I got it right.  There.  Woah...Johnny, you think so much about this.  I never ask many questions since I kind of predict that you guys would really know the plot and you do everything for a reason.  That's how amazingly simple I am.  XD
