How do you use the items?

I am really stuck here, I have quite a few items and all of my suspects/witnesses don't have anything left to say! I have tried to drag and click the items but nothing is working.
What do you think?

Matt (The Cleaner if you don't know where he is he's next to the exit near the desk) Lucy (She should be at the desk you'll notice her she isn't wearing any shoe's  ) Dr, German (he's near Ferrer's Office the door on the right) Ferrer (Next to Dr, Germans office which you have to Click on the right arrow and he's office is the Second Door and Ferrer's is the First.

Everyone on the map:

Mrs, Ferrer (Black Pin) Elizabeth Marquis (Green Pin) Car Accident (comes later in the game  and it's the blue pin) Pathology (Linked to Accident and it's a pink pin) Allen Poe's book store (Orange Pin, Oh and by the way these are all in order of what you get first and last) Francis Book Club (Orange Pin)

Do you have this evidence?:

Blonde Wig, Mr, Ferrer's ID card, Elizabeth's Marquis's Thank you card, A mans Footprint, A womans Footprint and a Perfect circle (I'll get you to figure that one out ) The Book (P'S STINKY and it's the one in Mr, Ferrer's Office you just don't pick it up there hint hint wink wink  ) The Keys (thats juring the Accident ) and the note! (After the accident should find it on Elizabeth Marquis's Sopha )
